New Strategic Plan Released for NOSH
September 26, 2022 – The North of Superior Healthcare Group is pleased to announce the release of their new Strategic Plan that will guide the organization’s growth until 2025.
“It is our pleasure to share with you the North of Superior Healthcare Group's 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. This plan re-focuses our efforts on providing exceptional healthcare to our patients, residents, tenants and their families while striving to our vision of Healthy Communities.” – Adam Brown, CEO and Eileen Ervin, Board Chair for NOSH.
The 2022-2025 Strategic Plan will focus on four strategic directions that were identified during stakeholder and community discussions. Those four directions are:
- People: Dedicate our efforts and resources to the provision of care to our patients, residents, tenants, clients, and their families, that is respectful to their preferences, needs, and values.
- Providers: Ensure a supportive work environment that attracts and retains the highest quality staff, physician, student, and volunteer care team.
- Partners: Offer leadership and active participation in the collaborative efforts of our local and regional health and services partners, with a focus on developing solutions that improve the health of our communities.
- Place: Continually enhance our buildings, equipment, and technology infrastructure to assure ongoing organizational sustainability.
